Warning: May Cause Vicious Cycle

A few days ago I had a pretty good (pretty bad?) virus. The doctor told me all he could do was give me a prescription for the dizziness I was experiencing. Better than nothing, right. Wrong. Number one side effect for my dizziness medicine? "May cause dizziness." Well, that's going into the medicine cabinet right next to the stomach aide that may cause diarrhea.
