Jen you crack up my whole life. Yesterday I got, "If you would like to take a survey to tell us how well we did, press 1 now, to take the survey later press 2" I didn't want to take the survey at all! They didn't give me that choice. I was finished, so I just hung up....wonder how the survey took that answer?
